Attendance: All
Aim: Check-in on tasks from last week, confirm team deadlines ahead of Phase 1 due date

Tasks from last meeting

• confirmed that all group members are on the Google Plus group, have connected to Google Drive and have access to blogger
• site survey was completed by all group members (Lisha assigned to shopping centre and Sissi assigned to UQ site)

Minutes

• Discussed concept maps and possible axis (Lilly to blog about)
• Concept card template has been uploaded to Google Drive for all to use
• Decided on group name Brave New World
• All group members to create a blog post about their site survey
• All group members to write up their site survey in a document in Google Drive, include:
• description of the types of people and activities/interactions/behaviours
• discuss the relevance of one or more of theses statements in relation to site
• We brainstormed ideas for concept cards based on the site survey, a document was started in Google Drive with the results of the brainstorm.  Group members to add any additional concept ideas to this document.
• All group members to produce three concept cards by Monday's meeting
• start with concepts based on the site survey you completed, if you can't create three from your site, move to other sites, use the concept card brainstorm document.
