Team meeting 30 April 2015

Attendance: Hoang “Nhi” Ho, Felix Lin, Lilly Borchardt
Aim: Review new brief for Project 2, organise group communication, set tasks for the week

New group for Project 2, members are: Hoang “Nhi” Ho, Felix Lin, Lilly Borchardt, Zhou Qian (Sissi), Lisha Wang

Group communication

• private Google+ community for regular, day-to-day (all team members have been added)
• Facebook for instant messaging (more urgent communication)
• Google Drive folder has been set-up for all team docs, invitations have been sent to all group members
• new blog has been set-up at http://team3project2.blogspot.com.au/ and invitations have been sent to all group members to edit
• when you post a blog, add a label to it for easy search
• assigned tasks must be completed by nominated date or posted on Google Plus ahead of time to explain why
• team agreed to no group charter but to agree to the communication methods outlined above

Project 2

• we read through brief and pulled out important words and discussed concepts
• stage 1 is due in two weeks, planning how to fill deliverables:
• we need to review 5 public spaces (1 each)
• we brainstormed possible locations of sites and assigned ourselves one to review before next team meeting
• team members who were not at today's meeting to pick a site to review (either from brainstorm or own idea)

To-dos:

• Group members to friend each other on Facebook for future communication
• All group members to accept Google Drive and Blogger invitations
• team members who were not at today's meeting to pick a site to review (either from brainstorm or own idea)
• Site survey (items 1 and 2 due by team meeting Tuesday 5 May)

Invite on Google+

• Meeting at 11am on Tuesday 5 May, Group Room 2, Level 2, Duhig North (SSAH Library) (this is the same level that we met at today)(floor plan if needed)
• Meeting at 12pm on Thursday 7 May, Level 2, General Purpose South (GROUP ROOM)
